The fifth transnational meeting of the BC4ESE project team was held on the 22^nd and 23rd of February 2024 in Podgorica, Montenegro. This meeting was an opportunity to summarize the results achieved so far and discuss the activities that await us this year. It was also an occasion for team building and reinforcing shared values.

The partners gathered in a pleasant environment in the heart of Podgorica – the old part of the city.

The program started with a unique team-building activity by CEDRA’s project manager, focused on improving communication, strengthening bonds within the project team, thinking outside the box, persistence and focus.

During the first day of the meeting, the partners presented the results achieved so far with a focus on the following areas: Project management and implementation; Quality management of the project and coordination; Quality management of the research, production and the project results; Achievements in terms of dissemination & exploitation plan; ICTs and digital innovations management; Teaching training and learning activities’ methodology and evaluation, etc. The partners particularly emphasized the outstanding results achieved in all areas of the project and the next steps in the implementation of the project.

The first meeting day continued with a walk through the city and a visit to the offices of the hosting organization of the meeting – ADP-Zid, where all participants could further bond and discuss the shared values identified earlier in the day.

The evening ended with a joint dinner in a traditional restaurant in the old part of the city, where the participants could taste traditional food with an informal conversation in a pleasant atmosphere.

The second meeting day was dedicated to reviewing project outputs and planning for the future.

The focus of the day was on the Interactive web platform Eco-SE-E-lab; Teaching training learning activity with youth in Croatia, Online Non-Formal Education Training. The partners had an excellent opportunity to test developed games, which will be published soon.

The meeting was concluded with a discussion, defined next steps, timelines, clear action items and a well-defined roadmap for their future endeavors.
