The BC4ESE project is grounded on strong Dissemination & Exploitation management plan under the Work Package 4. The plan was created to ensure that the outputs arising from the project are visible to the wider audience and available to specific target groups, mostly youth and youth workers. Moreover, the plan set specific dissemination goals aiming to:
- Raise interest and awareness of the project topic/s (social and eco-entrepreneurship, digital transformation and inclusion of youth, and their significance);
- Produce the necessary supporting material to ensure an effective dissemination in strategic and targeted ways;
- Communicate and disseminate the findings and results among the relevant stakeholders from public, private and civil sector, especially those working on issues of young people;
- Ensure high visibility of the project, donor and impact of project results by using the right channels for the promotion.
The project utilizes a set of methods to raise awareness of the project topics and its results amongst targeted stakeholders. Dissemination activities comprise mostly online activities such as website maintenance, social media engagement, newsletters, and blog articles. Furthermore, press media (such as releases), flyers and posters have been created and used to announce project’s major actions and promote national events.
The project website serves as a space to promote the project and provide information on project milestones, consortium, and resources. Partner’s individual organization website is updated with relevant news such as promotion of the national events and provide background to the project.
Each of project social media – Facebook page and Instagram has more than 500 followers. Partners social-media networks are contributing to overall online visibility and promotion.
Seen through the number of people reached and, in particular, the number of people from target groups, we overreached many of the dissemination objectives.
In the period from January 2022 to the end of June 2024, by individual web pages the range of visibility is impressive as it is 34,626. More than 2,000 views by project webpage, which is twice as much as planned by the overall project.
The project was showcased through 75 various types of events (conferences, trainings, workshops, etc), and number of people reached is 3,056.
28 blog posts on project topics have been prepared and published.
By 7 project Newsletters, the number of people reached is 3,063.
Social networks are the most used and effective promotional tool.
