This October #BC4ESE community spread positive energy across Cyprus, Serbia, Belgium, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovinia and Montenegro! Partner organisations included more than 60 youth workers during implementation of ECO-SE-E-training that increased the project’s visibility among youth while emphasizing the relevance of the Erasmus+ programme.
The BC4ESE team successfully launched the ECO-SE-E training in Serbia on October 28th and 29th, with support from Young Ambassadors and facilitators Ljubica Poljičak and Stevan Nikolić.
Ljubica and Stevan adapt their youth worker perspectives to the training content that they created during previous #TTLA experience in Niš in September. So, training content is based on ECO-SE-E-training model developed by the BC4ESE team and created especially for youth in a purpose of raising awareness on eco-social entrepreneurship, innovative and gamified educational tools and entrepreneurial mindset and skills.
Furthermore, this national pilot programme was held at Think Innovative Hub and drew 19 participants age 15-30 who used gamified tools on the #BC4ESE interactive platform Eco-SE-E-Lab for better understanding and seeing practical aspects of entrepreneurship, eco-social entrepreneurship and marketing, sales, business planning and strategy, sustainability and social responsibility.
The facilitators used materials and resources available on the BC4ESE online platform and self-made PowerPoints that follow the training structure. However, all abovemention topics participants and facilitators connected through understanding the crucial role of innovation and creativity and entrepreneurial mindset.
Overall, participants gave excellent feedback on the pilot testing training, the support they received, and the peer-to-peer method utilized by facilitators to impart knowledge. They were also pleased with the facilitators and the programme, which provided opportunities for them to socialize, meet other participants, and create an incentive atmosphere.
The Young Ambassadors will assist participants in the #BC4ESE national pilot initiative in spreading their voices among youth in their areas, and they will remain available to assist them if they wish to arrange similar workshops or training in the future. We are pleased to announce that facilitators who previously participated in the #TTLA activity in September 2024 have received techniques for becoming effective youth workers capable of transferring knowledge among youth.
Until our next ECO-SE-E training, we shall collect our memories and disseminate the positive energy that remains after this training!
Greetings from the #BC4ESE community ☺
